This design from Dundonald Designs is adapted from a Roman mosaic from the 1st Century B.C. the mosaic is in the Burrell Collection in Glasgow. Worked in half cross stitch on 12hpi canvas, the finished needlepoint will measure 13.5″x15.5″, 34x40cm.
This kit includes a black and white symbol chart, canvas, 2 needles, sufficient Anchor tapestry wool to complete the design, full instructions including step by step stitch instructions and a colour photo of a stitched model attached to a purple gift bag.
