A delicate hand painted wallpaper, drawing from medieval illumination, designed by William Morris in 1864 was the inspiration for this fresh summery design evoking hot summer days in the garden. The border pattern is taken from popular Arts and Crafts border patterns. The wallpaper was the firm’s best selling design for 50 years.
This kit is worked in tent stitch on 12hpi, the finished piece will measure 18″x18″, 45x45cm.
The kit includes a printed 12hpi canvas, needle, sufficient Anchor wool to complete the design and full instructions.
