This design is taken from antique textiles of Persian origin, yet looks contemporary. This kit is worked on 10hpi, the finished piece will measure 18″x18″, 45x45cm. The sample is mainly worked in tent stitch with a selection of other stitches to give the finished piece a more textured feel. Instructions are given for all the stitches, but the cushion can be stitched completely in tent stitch if you prefer. It goes particularly well with Persian Flowers in Red and Black.
The kit includes a printed 10hpi canvas, needle, sufficient Anchor wool to complete the design and full instructions.
