Zweigart canvas is 100% cotton and used by most quality needlepoint kit makers.
Interlock is white. Mono deluxe is “Antique” (brown) or white. For most stitching the canvas colour doesn’t matter, but if you are stitching a predominantly pale design, it is worth going for white. Similarly with a dark design, you might be better off with an antique coloured canvas.
With Interlock the warp and weft are fused, holding the canvas firm so your stitching is less likely to change shape and the canvas wont fray. However, it does mean it has less give, which is fine for most projects, but for seat covers we would recommend mono deluxe as this is not fused.
