Appleton Crewel 2ply Wool - Hanks
Cost per item: £2.29 per unit (£2.75 inc tax)Crewel wool is 2ply and is excellent for shading as you can mix the colours in your needle. Each hank of crewel wool is approximately 180 yards and weighs approximately 25 grams. There are 6 skeins to a hank. Hanks come as unnumbered twists. If you order more than one hank of a single colour these will always be from a single dye lot.
Asterixed colours are gradually being discontinued. If you order one of these colours and it has already been discontinued we will automatically substitute it with the colour recommended by Appletons. Substitution colours can be seen here
